This is footage of our new goat barn the day before the goats moved in. it is a palace compared to what they lived in last year, but goats are very hardy animals and they do not do well when kept. Building the goat barn there are a lot of designs out there for both small and large barns � some are very elaborate (and very expensive); while others, although simple and functional, are not very attractive.. The barn is about 16 feet deep and 40 feet long. it should house up to about 30 goats (if i ever get that many). one part of building this has been a real experience. if you look in the first picture you can actually see the new barn in the background. it�s actually in the same field as the goats � so i had help building the barn.. It. is. finished!!! kindof. for the most part. we finished converting our old pole barn into our new goat barn� a few weeks ago and have since been working on getting the inside complete and ready for the girls to move in. it took a little work to get the inside of the barn human friendly and goat ready..
